1965 OXPO St Catherine’s College 2nd International Exhibition of experimental poetry

  Exhibited: shadow box his first kinetic piece of work using letters (the work was

  thrown in the river by students protesting that this was not a serious art exhibition)

 

  BETWEEN PAINTING AND POETRY – first London exhibition of Concrete Poetry ICA

  London. Exhibited: moving letter board

1966 ARLINGTON ONE - International Exhibition of Spacial Poetry and Sound

  Poetry - Arlington Mill, Bibury. This was financed by Ken and Margaret Cox and

  Ken Cox was the principal organiser (together with Charles Verey, DSH, John Furnival).

  Exhibited: tallboy and four seasons clock

1967 BRIGHTON ARTS FESTIVAL

  Exhibited: three graces LOVE, PASSION and BEAUTY: a commissioned piece 30’

  high which floated on a raft at sea for ten days and was wrecked and lost in

  a storm during the event. This piece was recreated in 1984 by Nanette Godfrey for the

  NAILSWORTH ARTS FESTIVAL commissioned by Tomas A Clark

  sky. 3 Graces maquette, space/time poster published by southstreet publications,

  suncycle multiple, semaphore machine.
